Delete your Dooly account

You can permanently delete your Dooly account and personal data at any time. Here's how it works.

  1. 1. Sign in to your account on the web or in the Dooly app.
  2. 2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. 3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Workspaces you solely own, and their pages & content
  • Your notifications, devices, and personal settings

After you request deletion there is a grace period during which you can restore your account by signing back in. Once the grace period ends, the data above is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
